Ricardo Diaz brings subject matter expertise in cyber security, digital identity, technology product and go-to-market sales/business development expertise to design, accelerate or implement enterprise security, distributed ledger technology projects and new product adoption on a global scale.
He has more than 20 years of enterprise software experience, including 13 years at Oracle (ORCL: NYSE), designing solutions and architectures, selling solutions, establishing new markets, and launching enterprise security products and cloud services. He launched Oracle’s first Latin America security sales business and grew it to a $30M annual revenue. Founded Oracle’s North America Consulting practice (2004).
As a cyber security professional, technology sales executive, and human rights advocate, he has worked closely with Global 1000 enterprises and startups from Silicon Valley, and North and South America, developing transformational initiatives for Fortune 100 enterprise clients and non-profit initiatives. He launched ten enterprise security products and two cloud (SaaS) security services globally in the past decade alone.

Ricardo has also worked over the past three years on education, strategy, blueprinting, and roadmap for crypto projects, individuals, and businesses in North and South America. His pro bono works include designing a decentralized identity network solution for Charlotte, NC and surrounding cities to combat human trafficking, designing DLT services in South Carolina Opportunity Zones for the homeless, and many speaking engagements on distributed ledger technology (blockchain) for social impact, DLT for business and general awareness seminars.
